May.tree.arch can support your family by coming to your home to discuss your preferences, buy the shopping and then cook and freeze enough food for one week for your family. Where possible I use seasonal, local and organic ingredients.
I can also make cakes which can be kept to use as a snack after birth. There are some examples here to look at.
