What to expect from an appointment
In our first session, alongside your Mizan treatment, I will teach you a self-care programme for you to do at home, which will reinforce the work you receive from me. We will also look at your lifestyle and recommend other strategies to further maximise your health and well-being, should you wish. I use a selection of natural aromatherapy oils and a luxurious massage bed with which to complete the therapy. My essential oils and massage oils are sourced Neal's Yard Remedies.
Initial consultation is £60
Following appointments are £50
Travel beyond a 10 mile radius is 45p per mile, please just ask.
I offer a 10% discount on consultations for Doulas, Midwives, Birth Educators and other birth workers. You all work so hard supporting women.
